This page explains exactly what to expect when you text or message a salesperson who uses Loopdax. It satisfies the disclosure requirements of A2P 10DLC and CTIA guidelines for conversational messaging.
Program name: Loopdax conversational messaging assistance for individual salespeople.
How to opt in: Text or message a salesperson's number, Facebook page, or Instagram account that you obtained from a business card, website, social profile, or in-person interaction. By initiating contact, you consent to receive a reply.
What you'll receive: Conversational replies from the salesperson about your inquiry. Replies are AI-drafted and human-reviewed before sending. No marketing messages, no unsolicited outbound, no automated broadcasts.
Message frequency: Varies based on your conversation. Not periodic. Not subscription-based.
Message and data rates: Standard rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Loopdax does not charge you for messaging.
How to opt out: Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any SMS conversation. On Facebook or Instagram, block the salesperson. Opt-out is immediate.
How to get help: Reply HELP to any SMS conversation. For other questions, email [email protected].
How to resume after opting out: Reply START, RESUME, UNSTOP, or RESUBSCRIBE, or simply send a new message to the salesperson.
Loopdax operates a strictly inbound conversational messaging model. A salesperson using Loopdax does not send messages to anyone who hasn't first contacted them.
The act of texting or messaging a salesperson's published number, Facebook page, or Instagram account constitutes your consent to receive a reply. This is the same consent model that applies whenever you initiate a text conversation with a business: by reaching out, you've invited a response.
There is no web signup form, no subscription enrollment, and no opt-in keyword campaign. Customers find a salesperson's contact information through business cards, dealership websites, social media profiles, Google Business listings, or in-person interactions, and they choose whether to initiate contact.
Salespeople using Loopdax receive AI-drafted reply suggestions for messages they receive. The salesperson reviews each draft, edits it if needed, and approves it before it's sent. Loopdax does not automatically send messages on the salesperson's behalf, with two exceptions:
If you have a California phone number, you'll receive an additional disclosure on first contact informing you that AI tools assist with reply drafting and that a human reviews every message before sending. This is required by California law.
Loopdax's messaging is delivered via Twilio and complies with A2P 10DLC requirements (the framework US wireless carriers use to verify and filter business SMS). Each salesperson's messaging is registered with carriers under their own brand identity. Loopdax follows the messaging guidelines published by the CTIA and individual carrier policies.
