These Terms apply to your interactions with salespeople who use Loopdax to assist with reply drafting. By texting, messaging, or commenting on a Loopdax-enabled salesperson's number, Facebook page, or Instagram account, you agree to these Terms.
Loopdax is a messaging-assistance platform. Individual salespeople use Loopdax to receive AI-drafted reply suggestions for messages they receive from customers. The salesperson reviews and approves every reply before it's sent.
Every message you receive in a Loopdax-assisted conversation has been reviewed and approved by a human salesperson. AI drafts replies; the salesperson approves what gets sent.
By texting a salesperson's number or messaging their Facebook or Instagram page, you initiate the conversation and consent to receive replies. Loopdax does not send unsolicited outbound messages. Replies are sent only in response to your inbound contact.
Message frequency varies based on the conversation. Replies are conversational, not periodic or subscription-based.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard rates from your mobile carrier apply to SMS and MMS. There is no charge from Loopdax or the salesperson for the messaging itself.
You can stop receiving messages at any time:
For help: reply HELP to any SMS conversation.
To resume after opting out: reply START, RESUME, UNSTOP, or RESUBSCRIBE, or simply send a new message to the salesperson.
We honor opt-out requests immediately. Salespeople using Loopdax cannot bypass opt-out preferences.
Salespeople using Loopdax receive AI-drafted reply suggestions, which they review, edit if needed, and approve before sending. Every message sent through Loopdax is reviewed by a human, with two exceptions:
For California phone numbers, you'll receive an explicit disclosure on first contact indicating that AI tools assist with reply drafting and that a human reviews every message before sending.
Messages exchanged with salespeople via Loopdax are informational discussions. They do not constitute binding offers, contracts, or commitments. A salesperson may discuss vehicle availability, share information, or invite you to visit the dealership, but specific terms — pricing, financing, vehicle specifications, trade-in values — are subject to in-person verification and dealer documentation. Loopdax-assisted conversations do not replace the dealership's formal sales process.
If the content of a Loopdax-assisted conversation conflicts with the dealership's official terms, written contracts, or in-person quotes, the dealership's official documents prevail.
Information you provide in messages is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Briefly: your messages are accessible to the specific salesperson you're contacting and to Loopdax operators for platform operation. Messages are not sold, not used for marketing, and not used to train AI models. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
